It’s a little confusing choosing the best vertical jump program mainly because there are so many to choose from. This will help you narrow it down.
The problem is they all tell you that you will basically be Michael Jordan within a few weeks!
But when you boil it all down, you have to really just think about what you want. Do you want to dunk? Do you want to dunk better? Do you want to stuff one of your opponents? Do you want to get every rebound?
You see, your version of the best vertical jump program may be different than someone else’s, depending on what you want to accomplish.
Now, I can tell you from my personal experience that the best vertical jump program for me was one that was a customized software. Don’t worry, don’t let the word “customized” scare you. It cost the same as many of the one size fits all programs out there, like Jump Manual or The Vertical Bible.
But I am 6′0″ tall, so I have somewhat of a disadvantage over a lot of other basketball players because I’m not as tall. So, for me, the customized software was the best vertical jump program because it showed me my weak spots and showed me exactly how to train based on my abilities.
I could touch the rim fairly easily before I started the program, but after going through the program, I was able to dunk in about 2 weeks. After about 6 weeks, I was able to start doing some more cool dunks instead of just a straight up dunk.
So, for me, the best vertical jump program was the custom software called Vertical Mastery. You can CLICK HERE to check it out.
Some of the other ones I have looked at are The Jump Manual, The Vertical Bible, and VertFreak.
They are all good in their own right, but take a look at them all and see which one you are most comfortable with before you decide.
