It’s a little confusing choosing the best vertical jump program mainly because there are so many to choose from. This will help you narrow it down.
The problem is they all tell you that you will basically be Michael Jordan within a few weeks!
But when you boil it all down, you have to really just think about what you want. Do you want to dunk? Do you want to dunk better? Do you want to stuff one of your opponents? Do you want to get every rebound?
You see, your version of the best vertical jump program may be different than someone else’s, depending on what you want to accomplish.
Now, I can tell you from my personal experience that the best vertical jump program for me was one that was a customized software. Don’t worry, don’t let the word “customized” scare you. It cost the same as many of the one size fits all programs out there, like Jump Manual or The Vertical Bible.
But I am 6′0″ tall, so I have somewhat of a disadvantage over a lot of other basketball players because I’m not as tall. So, for me, the customized software was the best vertical jump program because it showed me my weak spots and showed me exactly how to train based on my abilities.
I could touch the rim fairly easily before I started the program, but after going through the program, I was able to dunk in about 2 weeks. After about 6 weeks, I was able to start doing some more cool dunks instead of just a straight up dunk.
So, for me, the best vertical jump program was the custom software called Vertical Mastery. You can CLICK HERE to check it out.
Some of the other ones I have looked at are The Jump Manual, The Vertical Bible, and VertFreak.
They are all good in their own right, but take a look at them all and see which one you are most comfortable with before you decide.

Looking for the best vertical jump program can kind of be a frustrating experience simply because there are a lot of them out there saying that they are the best.
Visit the websites of The Jump Manual, Vertical Mastery, the Vertical Bible, VertFreak, etc. and I guarantee you that they will say they are the best vertical program.
So, when you are ready to buy one of these programs, how are you possibly supposed to choose? In our research, we have found that there are generally 3 scams to watch out for:
1. Monthly coaching – does the program have monthly coaching? Most of best vertical programs do have monthly coaching, and some of them are legitimate. But the legitimate ones should only be $10-$20 per month. However, be aware of the ones that 1) are expensive (there are some that are over $150 per month) and 2) are not upfront about their monthly fees.
As disgusting as it is, some of the ones that are clearly not the best vertical programs will charge you a monthly fee for “coaching” and will only let you know this in some very small print when you buy their program.
2. One size fits all – while not necessarily a scam, you have to really be careful with the one size fits all approach to vertical jumping. If you think about it, does it really make sense that the best vertical program would be the same for somebody who is 5′5″ tall vs. someone who is 6′6″ tall?
Most of the vertical jumping programs are designed for mass distribution, so it only makes sense that they would take a one size fits all approach. While convenient for them, it is not an ideal situation for you.
“There are some vertical programs that are software based that design jumping programs based on your body type, measurements, current jumping ability, etc. And the price of these is the same, if not cheaper than, the one size fits all programs. So, it only makes sense to get one of these custom plans vs. a cookie cutter one.”
3. Bogus claims – the best vertical programs will not make bogus claims. How do you tell if a program is making a bogus claim? Usually you can tell if they make claims like:
- achieve a vertical leap of 50 inches in 1 week (I’m exaggerating, but you get the point)
- you won’t have to do squats or other leg building exercises – don’t fall for this. It should be obvious that if you want to learn how to jump higher, then you are going to have to workout your legs.
- eat anything you want – yes, I have actually seen this. Bottom line is this is false. You have to follow a good diet to get an awesome vertical leap.
Follow these guidelines and be wary of the seductive sales pages online trying to sell you the best vertical program. There are some fantastic choices out there that will help you learn how to dunk pretty quickly, you just have to sort through the junk.
We believe THIS PRODUCT is one of the best vertical programs available due to its customization, non-scaminess and results.
